New Cohort, New Curriculum, and a New Way for Companies to Engage
It is once again a new semester for IBI with a group of fresh-faced students eager to hone their skills and grow into sharp, capable professionals. IBI’s personal development program has served well, but like any growing business, it was time to level up and meet the new demands of an ever-changing job market.

This semester, the program has expanded. Different industry teams now follow structured tracks designed to push them further. Some will sharpen their expertise through certifications. Others will tackle real-world business challenges in competitions. A few will take the leap into launching their own ventures. And for the first time, select teams will take on industry collaborations in the Partnership Track.
This is where companies come in. The Partnership Track is not about studying business from the sidelines. It is about stepping into it. Teams identify industry challenges, craft targeted solutions, and work alongside businesses to bring ideas to life. For companies, it is a chance to test fresh strategies, gain new insights, and connect with a group of driven, capable professionals who are ready to make an impact.
Right now, teams are mapping out potential partnerships. Soon, they will refine their proposals and begin working directly with companies. Whether the focus is strategy, operations, or market expansion, these projects are built to create impact.
