7 Steps to hear back from the recruiter in 7 Days.

This is how I landed a job in less than 2 weeks. 

When I say career assets are important, I mean they are IMPORTANT!!!

As a founder of IBI and a couple other bootstrapped ventures, 

I sometimes had to compensate with side (or main) jobs to stay financially responsible. 

Along the way, I found the golden ticket to landing jobs in less than 2 weeks. 🤯

Here’s how: 

1️⃣ Trim down the ideal role to less than 3. 👨‍💼 Subscribe to BELIEVE to better assess the best role and industry here. 

2️⃣ Create a legendary resume aimed at the role. 📜 Invest your money on a high quality template. Download one here. 

3️⃣ Create a hooking elevator pitch 🗣️ : 30-second script you can recite whenever you run into a potential employer on an elevator.

4️⃣ Find 1~2 platforms that list companies (aim startups if you want to get hired sooner) that are currently hiring.🚨 

Ask Perplexity:

“Find top 5 job listing platforms where I can find active vacancies in [country] for [full/part-time], [entry/ intermediate/ senior level] positions that are [onsite/hybrid/remote]. Make sure they are free platforms and include positions in the [top 3 roles you selected (eg. marketing, GTM, and business planning).] “

5️⃣ Spot companies with conditions you prefer🔎 and list them on a spreadsheet. Go to each company’s official website, find emails, and add to the sheet. 

6️⃣ SKIP the regular application forms. Send emails straight to their inbox 📥 with your resume and elevator pitch. Do this at least 50 times. 

7️⃣ (Optional) Find and actively interact with the people in the company on LinkedIn 🤗, mainly the CEO and recruiters.
